Noël Christmas Trees Holiday Pumpkin Seeds

Ingredients:

  • Pumpkin Seeds (for best results use a shell-less seed variety from Noël’s Pumpkin Patch)

  • Olive Oil

  • Garlic Powder

  • Italian Herb Blend

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

  2. Grease a cookie sheet with olive oil.

  3. Spread one layer of pumpkin seeds on the cookie sheet.

  4. Sprinkle Garlic Powder and Italian Herb seasonings over the pumpkin seeds.

  5. Bake until you hear the pumpkin seeds crackling; approximately 4 to 5 minutes.

  6. Remove the pumpkin seeds from the oven and using a spatula, turn over and mix the
    pumpkin seeds.

  7. Place the pumpkin seeds back in the oven and bake for another few minutes until you
    hear the seeds crackling again.

  8. Remove the pumpkin seeds from the oven and let cool.

  9. Now you can eat the pumpkin seeds as a holiday snack, sprinkle over a salad or soup,
    add to pesto, or add to holiday dishes as a crunchy garnish!
